How does the process work?

You can contact us via E-Mail or the contact form. Then you will receive the login data for our FTP Server, on which you can upload your test picture. For a long term partnership, this would be the way how you send us your pictures and also download them again once they’re completed.


How do I receive access and how long does it take?

To get access, contact us via E-Mail or the contact form. Once we have your E-Mail address, one of our workers will reach out to you as fast as possible to share the login data with you per E-Mail. Usually this doesn’t take longer than a few hours.


How long do I have to wait for the images?

This depends on the volume of the order, but in general we try to edit the

within 24 hours, so you can implement them on your website as soon as possible.


How do I receive my edited pictures?

After your images have been edited, we will upload them on the FTP Server and contact you that they’re ready for downloading.


Are there requirements regarding the quality of the pictures?

Generally we can edit any picture, but isolation works best on bigger pictures. To ensure that you’re using good pictures for your website, it is advised to use high quality pictures.


Which file formats do you accept?

We can work with all file formats, so the choice is up to you. Established and popular formats are JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIF, EPS. We are happy to help you if you need help choosing the right format.


In which format do you deliver the edited images?

This decision is entirely up to you, we can deliver the images in all formats.


Are there any price differences regarding the formats?

No, the price stays the same for all the formats.


What is the difference between the different image formats?

JPG

A highly compressed format, the images are therefore smaller and have some losses in

quality. Embedding of paths is possible.

PSD

The format of Photoshop, a lot of other Information is being saved with the image, which is

why they’re big files as well.

TIF

Can be used in many cases, embedding of paths is possible as well.

GIF

This format supports transparent and animated images. Unfortunately, the images are not of

high quality.

PNG

With this one, transparent images can be created as well, and although the images are

highly compressed, it doesn’t have any losses in quality.

BMP

Also called Bitmap, these images were saved in Paint. These images are less compressed

and are therefore especially big, which is why they’re not ideal for Websites.

RAW

The term RAW describes unedited image files.


Is it possible to change the color of the background later?

Yes, this is possible, since we can also create pictures with a transparent background where you can change the color of the background anytime to fit your wishes. Test our free exporting service PNG (transparent) and JPG (white). Both variants involve no further costs.


Are printer settings like 300 DPI/CMYK being considered as well?

The printer settings are being considered as well, we can export the images in 300 DPI as well as in 72 DPI, CMYK or RGB mode.


Is my data safe with you?

No unauthorized people have access to your data, and no data is passed to third parties. We do our very best to keep your data maximally secure.
